When you're making a team bind you need to use the say_team commands.
What say_team does:
say_team - send a chat message to your team
Now, lets construct our first team bind.
bind a "say_team Attacking - Getting Enemy Flag"
This was rather simple, you may want to include your location, health ect... That is where escape characters come in handy.
