Nexuiz has many game modes, to get some background information about all of them, read the information below.

Capture The Flag:

Capture the flag (CTF) is a team game, the objective is to collect the other teams flag, then return it to your base.

CTF Tips and Tricks:
Many maps have fast passages, or easy ways to get around. CTF is mostly about the team with good defense and strong attackers, to be a good attacker you will need to be able to move swiftly. Moving swiftly involves laser jumping, laser climbing and bunny hopping.

Death Match:

Death Match (DM) is a non-team game, one of the first game types in nexuiz. DM is very simple, you objective is to frag as many people as possible.

DM Tips and Tricks:
In DM, the nex is a good weapon to master because it can make one shot kills

Team Death Match:

Team Death Match (TDM) is the same a DM but incorporates the team aspect of nexuiz.

TDM Tips and Tricks:
Move with your team mates and go on team fragging sprees, collect as much health and armor as you can.

Key Hunt:

Key Hunt (KH) is another one of nexuiz team games. In KH you're to collect all of the keys, when you collect all the keys it will make a flash and points will be added to your team.

KH Tips and Tricks:
You tend to get the key if you're moving, when you're standing still the key won't come to you as often. So try to be moving.
